Almost everyone who rents here lives within a few blocks. They walk or ride over in the morning, work in a room with a door, and are home again in minutes. None of the day is spent commuting.

Each studio is a private room, not a desk on a shared floor. You keep your own key, come and go at any hour, and leave your work set up exactly the way you left it.
